Shipbuilding

Shipbuilding is the main activity of  the PJSC «Yaroslavsky shipyard».

Today  the YS can propose to  the customers:

• small anti-submarine and guard-ships;

• miscellaneous high-speed boats  with displacement from 10 to 100 tons;

• amphibious patrol and landing air cushion crafts ;

• auxiliary vessels for emergency and rescue service with displacement up to 1400 tons;

• river-and sea high-speed passenger vessels with  capacity of up to 150 persons;

• fishery guard and fishing vessels;

• river liquid tankers for oil products and edible fats;

• floating pumping station;

• vessels for recreation and tourism

• and various purpose vessels  with displacement of up to 2,500 tons, length– up to72м, width  - up to 16m under requirements of the customer.

The enterprise has the certificate of compliance attesting that the system of  quality management of the PJSC “Yaroslavsky Shipyard” meets the requirements of GOST (national state standard) RB 15.0022003 and GOST R ISO 90012008 str.,  and has license for manufacturing of weapons and military equipment,  certificates of  the Russian River Register and  Russian Maritime Register.

The shipyard  cooperates with all the relevant Federal ministries and departments in solving of issues of state concern,  in execution of the state defense order, federal target programs and has long-term experience of execution of state contracts for  construction of ships for the Navy, the Ministry of Transport,  the Border Guard Service of FSS of Russia, the FSS of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs..

The plant has a long history of fruitful cooperation with Russian and foreign design entities, among which  are the OJSC Design Bureau «Almaz» (St. Petersburg), OJSC  Design Bureau «Vympel» (Nizhny-Novgorod), LLC «Volgo-Caspian Design Bureau» (Nizhny-Novgorod), the Marine Engineering Bureau (Ukraine), IMT marine consulting (UK) and Seacon (Norway), the OJSC «Zelenodolsk Design Bureau» (Zelenodolsk), etc. This allows the shipyard to receive a wide range of implemented technical solutions attracting a unique experience of engineering specialists and technologists solving the  tasks of construction support.
